Please read them carefully — they outline how we work, what you can expect, and your rights as a client.
1. Our Services
Hel of a Beauty offers:
Photography sessions (on-location, in-studio, or virtual)
AI-assisted image creation and retouching
Tutorials, workshops, and educational content
Brand imagery consultations and creative direction
We may add, modify, or remove services at any time. When you book or purchase, the details listed on your confirmation or invoice form part of your agreement with us.
2. Bookings & Payments
Booking confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50%) may be required to secure your slot.
Balance due: The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date — typically before or on the shoot day.
Cancellations & rescheduling:
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking may forfeit your deposit.
If we must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, technical issue), we’ll offer a new date or full refund.
3. Virtual & AI Shoots
For virtual and AI-assisted shoots:
You’ll receive setup instructions before your session (e.g., lighting, positioning, connection).
You’re responsible for having a stable internet connection and functional camera/phone setup.
AI-generated images are created based on your submitted materials and descriptions. While we aim for consistency and high quality, results may vary slightly due to model interpretation.
You grant us permission to use AI tools to process or enhance your images.
4. Image Delivery & Usage
Final edited images will be delivered via digital gallery or download link.
Standard turnaround is typically 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated.
You receive a royalty-free license to use the delivered images for your brand marketing, social media, and website.
You may not sell, resell, or sublicense the images to third parties without written permission.
We retain the right to use images for our own portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Copyright & Ownership
All original photography and AI-generated works remain the intellectual property of Hel of a Beauty until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, you are granted a commercial usage license (non-exclusive, worldwide) for your brand’s marketing materials.
Credit (“Photography / Creative Direction: Hel of a Beauty”) is always appreciated when appropriate.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information and visual references when requested.
Obtain any necessary permissions or model releases for products, people, or locations you wish to include.
Refrain from sharing or uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing materials during AI or virtual sessions.
7. Educational Content & Tutorials
All tutorials, workshops, and guides are for educational purposes only.
You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce the materials (including prompt packs, templates, or videos) without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We take every care to ensure a smooth, professional experience. However, we are not liable for:
Minor differences between preview and final imagery (e.g., tone, color, lighting variations)
Technical issues outside our control (e.g., software outages, AI service interruptions)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of our services
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your specific service.
9. Privacy & Data
We collect only the data needed to manage bookings and deliver services (e.g., name, email, photo references).
We’ll never sell or share your information.
